GIATA Statistics compiles, develops and distributes the digital and text data for practically all the German tour operators. GIATA Statistics is a market research tool for professionals, which takes into account the current daily shifts in demand in the German market. All data are up-to-date, daily shorted, middle and long-term trends in enquiries. Our clients are provided with data such as market shares of countries, regions of destination, resorts, categories and hotels (including current prices) online. Almost every German CRS, Internet booking engines, travel portals and travel brokers have successfully used the Internet database for a number of years, that is the main source of GIATA's data. GIATA includes about 60.000 hotels and 200.000 descriptions from over 105 Tour operators in its data base. The data (hits) are collected from 16.000 Travel Agencies in Germany (retailers) as well as from Booking Engines.
